Booker in the backyard... chasing every sound!!

Here is Mr. Booker chasing things in the backyard. You can see on both of the videos he has a path that he runs to make sure he isn't missing anything. It has been cooler (90 instead of 96) so he has really been tearing it up out there. He loves the mornings when it's only 80 out!! He loves his new backyard!!

Tonight we even sat out there an had dinner. It was cooler out... high 80's so it was pleasant in our shady area!

What a beautiful wedding! The rain even held off till just after the ceremony! We had a great time dancin' away with friends!

The last friday we were in Kansas, we had a BBQ at Erin and Ryan's house! While the adults were working on the Don, the kids were having a ball. Here is a video from that night!

Riverside Park Mini Golf with the parents!

Well I am claiming that it was mini golf... but for those of you not from Indy.. this is the golf course with our bricks in it. The Schroeder fam is located on hole number 5!! It was fun searching for everyone.

Keith Urban and Taylor Swift Concert :)

Here is Keith singing "Kiss the Girl." Since it's Taylor's last concert with, they played a prank on him and came out dressed as Kiss and in Hershey's Kiss costumes. Taylor is just to the right of Keith in the Kiss outfit. See the video below.

Well.. Payless was in the Texas news tonight! They didn't call out Payless (which I thought was complete crap) but I knew it was PSS! My favorite is the little guy at the end of the video dancin with his Airwalks!! It was down in Sugarland so my PSS peeps better make sure we have some flow back! :) I am sure that was a bulk order!


Way to go PSS for being location of choice!

Booker is adjusting to Houston life and HOT weather!

Well this is Booker outside laying in the backyard! Yes, and it's 3:20 in the afternoon, the hottest time of the day! He has taken some lessons from Bogey and is waiting outside for a squirrel to come so he can be ready. We didn't have any squirrels at our Lawrence house so it has taken him a couple of weeks to figure out just how fascinated he is with them. He sits in our bedroom bay window and watches them, goes crazy and then sits at the back door to be let out to chase them! Too funny. The recycling containers apparently make a great place to hide!

Last night Jeff and I did some serious front yard tree trimming... wanted to post the before and after to show what a difference it makes. I don't think the pictures quite tell the entire story! The 12 bundles that the yard waste guys just took probably do! Thank goodness we didn't have to put all of that in the back of the Jetta, we would have had to make 6 trips!

Grandpa Schroeder's 90th Birthday Partay!!

Happy Birthday Gramps!

This weekend we celebrated Gramps' 90th Birthday. Below are some photos and a couple of videos of his speech. He looks damn good for a 90 year old. My grandma stands proudly at his side at 86(87 next month).. and the both look great! The whole family was there with the exception of Jeff and Sam. Jeff in Houston and Sam in China studying abroad. Very rare that we can all be in one place at the same time!
